Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from kveto.vip and forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

1. Digital content and the right of withdrawal

Our Products are digital content delivered electronically and available immediately after purchase. Under EU and Slovak law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgement that you lose that right. By completing checkout and starting the download/access, you give that consent.

2. Our voluntary satisfaction refund

Even though digital purchases are generally final, we offer a voluntary 14-day refund from the purchase date if a Product does not work as described or you are genuinely not satisfied, subject to the conditions below.

We will refund if, within 14 days:

the Product is faulty, corrupted or materially not as described, and we cannot resolve it; or
you are not satisfied and have not made substantial commercial use of it.

3. When a refund may not be available

Requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
Where the Product has been downloaded and substantially used or incorporated into completed commercial work, absent a genuine defect.
Where the issue is a compatibility requirement clearly stated on the product page.
Where there are reasonable indications of abuse of this policy.

4. How to request

Email [email protected] from the address used for the order, with your order reference and a brief reason.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval. On refund, the License to the relevant Product ends and you must delete the files.

6. Your statutory rights

This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your mandatory Consumer rights under Slovak and EU law, including rights for non-conforming digital content. For ADR see our Terms (Slovak Trade Inspection and the EU ODR platform).
