License Agreement

This License governs how you may use the digital products (“Products”) from kveto.vip — colour LUTs, video overlays, animated titles, finance trackers and textures. Products are licensed, not sold. By downloading or using a Product you accept this License.
1. Grant
We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Product for personal and commercial purposes as described below. One purchase covers use by you (and, with a team license, your organisation).
2. You may (permitted)
- Use the Product in an unlimited number of your own and client projects, commercial or personal.
- Modify and adapt it to create your own designs, documents or videos.
- Include it in end deliverables for clients, provided the Product is not the primary value resold and cannot be extracted as a standalone asset.
- Keep and use it indefinitely, including free updates.
3. You may not (restricted)
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense or give away the Product files, original or modified.
- Include it (in whole or substantial part) in a template, kit, theme or asset pack offered to others, free or paid.
- Share your purchase, download link or account outside your license.
- Use it unlawfully or to create products that compete with Kveto by reselling the assets as-is.
- Remove proprietary notices.
4. Single vs team license
A standard purchase is a single license for you. For use by your whole team/organisation, a team license is required — contact [email protected].
5. Product-specific notes
- Colour LUTs & video overlays: apply and overlay them in your own and client videos; do not resell or repackage the files.
- Animated titles: edit the text and colours and use them in your videos or streams; do not redistribute the components.
- Finance trackers (Excel): for your own use; copy and adapt them; do not publish or sell the workbook.
- Textures: use as overlays; do not redistribute as a standalone pack.
6. Updates
Free lifetime updates are included under the same License.
7. Ownership
VLasistent s.r.o. and its licensors retain all IP rights; this License grants usage rights only.
8. Termination
This License ends automatically on material breach; you must then stop using and delete the files. Ownership and restriction terms survive.
9. Warranty disclaimer
Except for mandatory consumer rights and the conformity obligations in our Terms, Products are provided “as is”.
