This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit kveto.vip and purchase or download our digital products. We process personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Slovak law.

1. Data we process
- Order & delivery: email (to deliver your download); for invoices also name/company, address and tax IDs.
- Account (if created): email and a credential.
- Newsletter: email and language, if you subscribe.
- Support: the content of your messages.
- Technical/usage: IP, device/browser, pages viewed, approximate country (for currency).
- Local storage: cart and your language/currency/theme settings.
- Payment data is entered with our payment provider and is not stored by us.
2. Purposes & legal bases
- Perform the contract — order, delivery, support, refunds (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Legal obligations — invoicing, accounting/tax records (Art. 6(1)(c)).
- Consent — newsletter, non-essential cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, improving our service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
3. Recipients & processors
We share data only with processors under data-processing agreements: hosting (Hetzner, EU), payment provider(s) (e.g. Stripe and local gateways), email/newsletter provider. We do not sell your data.
4. International transfers
We keep processing in the EU/EEA where possible; any transfer outside the EEA relies on an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Retention
Order/invoice data is kept for periods required by Slovak tax/accounting law (generally up to 10 years). Newsletter data until you unsubscribe; account data while your account exists; other data only as long as necessary.
6. Cookies & local storage
We use strictly necessary local storage (cart; language/currency/theme), which needs no consent. If we add analytics/marketing cookies, we will ask for consent first.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent — write to [email protected].
8. Children
The Website is intended for adults and not directed at children under 16.
9. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS and access controls.
